Groundbreaking - Ziba Design
Groundbreaking commenced construction of the new Ziba Design headquarters office at 1044 NW 9th in the Pearl District. In lieu of the traditional "golden shovels", Ziba staff members opted to drive wooden stakes into the ground to form the company's iconic "Z". The new building is slated for LEED-Gold and will feature two floors of office above ground floor retail space.
