Groundbreaking - 360 Bond Building
R&H Construction broke ground on the 360 Bond Building in Bend, the future home of The ODS Companies and Western Title & Escrow. Among those in attendance were Bob Gerding of Gerding Edlen Development, George Slape and Al Owen of Western Title & Escrow, and Robert Gootee of ODS. The 6-story building is the fourth project in Central Oregon to seek LEED Certifcation.
