Amy Hill covers a lot of ground directing the Human Resources of a company with 250 employees and two offices. She constantly looks for creative ideas to promote a positive and supportive workplace and provides employees with the tools they need to perform their work most effectively.

Amy started at R&H 14 years ago as the company’s receptionist. When R&H added a Human Resources Department in 1996, Amy jumped on board to help create a department that would foster R&H's culture of teamwork and respect. She enjoys the opportunity to assist people in building their career paths, working through "rocks in the road."

Away from the office, Amy enjoys taking part in athletic events such as Hood to Coast and Pole, Peddle, Paddle, and she also enjoys watching her children play on their respective sports teams.
