Brian Crosby, Project Superintendent

Brian Crosby is a keen problem solver who thinks in terms of the bigger picture, specializing in unique and complex projects. He enjoys the planning stage and formulating the many steps that building a project requires. But as Project Superintendent, Brian also enjoys being on site and getting his hands dirty. He is partial to larger structures with "lots of concrete and steel."

Brian's involvement in many aspects of the construction process over his 18 years of experience, both on-site and off, have afforded him many learning opportunities on how to meet his clients' varying needs. He particularly likes working in R&H's interactive environment, explaining that "R&H has an open culture that encourages communication among different parts of the organization."

An outdoor enthusiast with a need for speed, Brian enjoys whitewater rafting, off-road motorcycle riding, and motorcycle touring.
