As head of R&H’s tenant improvement and remodel division, Dave Gunsul has mastered the act of juggling resources to meet the needs of a constant flow of projects. He feels fortunate to work for and develop relationships with individuals from a diverse client base. Seeing customers return to R&H time and time again for their construction needs is especially satisfying for him.

Dave promotes trust rather than micro-management, giving employees a feeling of ownership in their respective projects. He believes that R&H's culture of trust has been a contributing factor in the company's continued success.

Dave's diverse extracurricular interests include sailing, skiing, cycling, carpentry, and coaching basketball and soccer.
