When you meet Duane Francis, it isn't hard to tell he's a people person. In fact, he loves that his job involves regular interaction with his coworkers, clients and associates. Although he is a self-proclaimed "closet comedian" who delivers a good laugh each day, he gets serious when it comes to delivering the highest level of service to his clients during preconstruction and beyond. With 29 years of experience in the trades, Duane has a good understanding of each phase of the construction process and constantly uses this knowledge to add value to projects.
Heading up preconstruction services for our Bend office, Duane joins the project team as early as possible in the design phase, providing advice and recommendations that ensure a successful start to the job. His strong desire to exceed clients' expectations means he always goes out of his way to overcome any unforeseen obstacles along the way.
When he's off the clock, Duane is a licensed back country pilot. Flying lets him pursue his other outdoor passions with ease, which include fishing, camping, and hiking.
