Fast-paced problem solving and collaborating with a diverse group of people are two aspects of Evelyn Galloni's job that have motivated her during her 27-year span at R&H. Ev enjoys reaching out to new clients and building relationships with them, from eager start-up businesses to experienced developers. She has been instrumental in building a long-term business partnership with client New Seasons Market, overseeing the construction of all nine of their stores.

Ev believes that R&H's goal can be simplified to "quality work, happy customers." She feels confident knowing that R&H supplies the necessary tools for her to carry out that mission, and she enjoys working in such a proactive environment.

When she's not helping clients reach their goals, Ev enjoys wood working, boating and traveling.
