"I appreciate and try to perpetuate R&H's sense of autonomy in management." Joe Weihmann has worn many hats in his 24 years at R&H, managing small tenant improvements to large ground up projects. As Senior Project Manager, Joe leads project participants with different agendas to create a functional, cohesive team with a common goal.

Joe enjoys the challenge of working on projects that require unique materials or methods of construction. As a LEED AP, Joe also helps clients find smart ways to incorporate sustainable elements into their projects without sacrificing quality or budget.

When he isn't wearing one of his many hats on the job, you might catch Joe on the golf course, or in the great outdoors camping or kayaking.
