Mike Kremers is a manager who likes to be kept on his toes. While multifamily work tends to be his niche, he enjoys the challenges that complicated projects bring--like the adidas Village World Headquarters and the DeSoto Building historic renovation. Mike finds it rewarding to nurture a job from the original concept to a fully designed, budgeted and permitted project. Clients appreciate his attention to detail and depth of knowledge that comes with over 30 years of industry experience.

An especially rewarding part of Mike's job is serving as a resource and mentor to the "young, dynamic group of project managers and project engineers at R&H."

Mike admits to being an amateur rock & roll historian, with a personal collection of ticket stubs. He also enjoys being in the outdoors playing golf, fishing or hunting.
