Norm Dowty is the first point of contact for many of our clients and architects. Always eager to help get a project off the ground and running, Norm provides advice and feasibility level preliminary estimates to steer a project toward a successful start. As an advisor to the owner-architect team during the entire preconstruction process, Norm is able to facilitate good and timely decision making early on in the building process. He explains, “I approach every project as if it were my own money being spent."

Norm is a LEED Accredited Professional, serving as a resource to clients who are exploring LEED certification or who want to incorporate sustainable methods and elements while maintaining budget goals.

In his free time, Norm enjoys cycling, running and golf as well as following his favorite college football team, the Oregon Ducks.
