Randy Williams makes security his number one priority. Managing the financial safety and insurance of a $150 million company has its share of challenges, but Randy handles them with confidence and integrity. A people person at heart, he especially enjoys working with clients and lenders to secure financing for R&H projects, employing his 22 years of construction finance experience.

Of R&H’s diverse portfolio, his favorite projects are historic renovations in which we have the opportunity to preserve worthy structures and give them an extended new life.

His enthusiasm transfers into his involvement with Young Life’s Adult Committee and spending time with his wife and children. He also has a passion for the outdoors, spending his weekends rafting the Northwest’s raging rivers.
