Steve Galash brings a level of excitement to his work that is contagious. It’s his passion for building that makes him an excellent leader for R&H’s Central Oregon office, where he strives to create an environment in which employees feel empowered, productive and happy with the role they play.

He also enjoys being closely involved with the projects his group takes on, particularly in challenging, architecturally-driven jobs that require innovative thinking and attention to detail. Steve finds great reward in being a part of the project team in the early phases, providing valuable recommendations that will ultimately save time and money while creating a building that everyone can take pride in.

In his spare time, he takes advantage of Central Oregon ’s great outdoors, skiing, cycling, boating, and fishing.
