Tim Petersen approaches each project like a puzzle, ensuring all the pieces are laid on the table before diving in. Through extensive pre-planning, he is better able to understand the clients needs and can come up with creative ideas to reach their goals. This sometimes means reexamining design parameters or brainstorming with owners, consultants and subcontractors to develop alternative strategies.

With 30 years of construction experience, Tim excels in his role as a communicator and liaison to ensure that the project team is working together cohesively. On each job he strives to provide complete, common-sense solutions to complex issues.

Away from the office, Tim uses his creative ideas and problem solving abilities to tackle weekend home and yard projects with his family.
