R&H Construction has begun construction on the 360 Bond Building, the future home of The ODS Companies and Western Title & Escrow. The 6-story building is the fourth project in Central Oregon to seek LEEDŽ Certification, following in the footsteps of buildings like Bend Memorial Clinic for which R&H was also the general contractor. R&H Construction has been assisting with the selection of sustainable systems and materials for the building and will be working with many local subcontractors and suppliers in order to increase efficiency, reduce transportation and fuel, and support the local economy.
