R&H teamed with the housing authority of portland, the Portland Development Commission and William Wilson Architects to construct a transistional housing project on the corner of SW 13th and Clay. The James Hawthorne boasts 48 studio and one bedroom units spanning four residential floors. The ground floor features a commercial kitchen, dining area, bicycle room, offices and workspace for the facility’s staff.
