Located at the intersection of Cornell and Orenco Station Parkway in Hillsboro is the 15-acre job site for Nexus, a development by Simpson Housing Limited Partnership (SHLP) . Once completed, the apartment complex will have eight 3-story buildings clad in brick and hardi siding, with a total of 422 units. Units will range from 633 s.f. studios up to 1,501 s.f. 3-bedroom units. The complex has a swimming pool with separate cabana and its leasing office is complete with a fitness room, full kitchen, lounge, fireplace, business center, and media room.
