In this role you will become the “Go-to” person for our team to leverage our ERP systems to meet current and future business needs.  You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our ERP/EDS data processes as well as the development of new and enhanced data tools.  You will partner with departments to create and/or modify data processes, integration systems, business practices and reporting to help the team spot trends, and ensure we are in compliance with reporting requirements.  You will have the opportunity to work with a tight-knit IT team that are supportive of one another and provides one another back-up when needed.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Support, modify & create reports sourced from ERP and third-party data systems using Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS & other tools
  • Develop data integrations between ERP and new third-party data systems
  • Troubleshoot ERP and third-party data system end-user issues and errors
  • Work with stakeholders to develop business practices & supporting interfaces that enhance ERP and third-party data systems functionality or efficiency
  • Monitor/manage ERP system upgrades, preparing applicable teams for possible service disruptions and system changes
  • Train ERP and third-party data systems end users in the use of existing functionality, upgrades and customizations, including the development of training and reference materials
  • Oversee processes & reporting for third-party data systems including Toolwatch, Hammertech and others
  • Create & troubleshoot ERP & other system user credentials and manage user security access levels in accordance with data security best practices
  • Conduct ERP data maintenance and validation audits
  • Provide general computer support and troubleshooting to office and field staff when necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects that may utilize data from multiple sources to meet the needs of stakeholders and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Experience working with technical and business teams to document reporting & data integration/exchange requirements
  • Experience scripting API calls to automate ETL processes
  • Experience developing and implementing data integration solutions in a SQL server database environment
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, query scripting, flat file formats, XML within SQL, and file format conversion
  • Experience with project management; including, meeting short and long-term deliverables and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience with HR/Payroll/Accounting processes a plus
  • Experience advocating for data governance and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or related field plus two years of experience in data reporting, integration or analysis
  • Five years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirements
