This position provides support for marketing related company initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator produces materials in support of internal and external marketing efforts such as social media, brochures, newsletters, award submittals, and website content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Social media research, planning, posting and tracking across all platforms
  • Frequent updates and maintenance of R&H’s website
  • Assist in carrying out specific marketing events including tradeshows, golf tournaments, industry networking and speaking opportunities for professional staff
  • Provide support for pursuit efforts as needed including prequals, proposals and interview prep support
  • Support project teams in designing, procuring and ordering project specific branded materials including hardhat stickers, t-shirts and hats
  • Supports other areas of the company (HR, Safety, Shop, Jobsites) in a marketing capacity
  • Provide coordination of time lapse and project specific videos for social media, website and case studies
  • Supports R&H’s public relations efforts

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent years of experience in marketing
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Portfolio of relevant experience (writing and graphic design samples) required
  • Has a great work ethic and is results driven
  • Has excellent people skills, with an ability to collaborate with R&H and industry peers
