This role plays a critical role in providing an “exceptional building experience” by verifying that our subcontracting partners and vendors understand and are aware of R&H’s insurance requirements and submit their required documentation.
It will also include monitoring our subcontractor pre-qualification process, setting-up new vendors in our ERP system, assisting with insurance claims as needed, completing credit applications and other tasks if time allows.
We are looking for someone invested in high-quality work and willing to build relationships internally and externally with our subcontracting partners and insurance brokers. Your willingness to pick up the phone and make numerous requests and provide education to our partners will be critical. Attention to detail and organization is also paramount.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, input and request subcontractor’s insurance and endorsements.
- Monitor and input notices of right to lien.
- Monitor, input and request subcontractor’s construction license information.
- Monitor, input and request subcontractor’s supplier’s lien releases.
- Assists CFO with insurance claims administration.
- Monitor subcontractor pre-qualification process.
- Complete credit applications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of commercial construction.
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems essential.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to participate in a team.

- Knowledge of computer accounting software.
