Primrose School is a one-story, 8,000 s.f. child development center in Hillsboro, Oregon. The project includes nine classrooms, an enclosed outdoor play area, a kitchen, staff resource room, and two administrative offices. Special elements include radiant heat flooring, child size restroom fixtures, and a VRF cooling system. The school features owner-specified finishes throughout.
The R&H team performed with exceptional professionalism during the preconstruction, construction and closeout of the Primrose School of Hillsboro. The patience they demonstrated during difficult financial conversations was amazing. They were on top of every issue and extremely helpful teammates to work with.
