ETAP Names R&H "Workforce Partner of the Year"
In June of 2010, R&H was honored by Portland Community College's Evening Trades Apprenticeship Program (ETAP) as "Workforce Partner of the Year." This award recognizes R&H's commitment to moving men and women from dependency to self-sufficiency by hiring and training those in the ETAP program.
