This week, our teams participated in Safety Week activities including toolbox talks, site discussions, onsite trainings and safety presentations, with topics ranging from workplace hazard prevention and emergency preparedness to mental well-being and team accountability.

Homemade butter chicken and naan were on the menu last night for R&H team members participating in this week’s Red Apron event. In a step-by-step virtual cooking class, R&H chefs crafted a flavorful butter chicken with a custom blend of spices, alongside fresh homemade naan.
As part of our Red Apron series, our wellness committee provides participants with most of the ingredients including pre-portioned spices, making it easy and fun to cook along. For many, it was their first time preparing this Indian-inspired dish and it quickly became a new R&H favorite.

This early documentation allows our team to establish a visual baseline that helps align the client, design partners, and subcontractors around site conditions and logistics.
As the project progresses, we continue to capture images of the project site to ensure we`re documenting key milestones and are on track to completing the project on time.

The space highlights the brand’s retail offerings through custom cabinetry, Corian inserts, counter façade detailing and seven intricate tile inlays that carry across the walls and floors.
Behind the beauty of the space is a complex buildout. Located directly above a back-of-house baggage loading area, the project required extensive pre-planning and close coordination with the Port of Portland team.

This facility, more than three times the size of their previous space, significantly expands Sunshine Division’s capacity to receive donations, coordinate volunteers, and serve a greater number of families. Having volunteered with Sunshine Division on many occasions, our team is honored to build out this new space for an organization with purpose and heart.
The refreshed facility now includes a food pantry, expanded warehouse space, volunteer area, administrative offices, and multiple loading docks to support efficient distribution. We’re proud to see Sunshine Division’s food bank grow and excited to highlight the impact it will have as progress unfolds.
