Our summer interns are off to school! Each year before they go, R&H’s internship committee finds new ways for our interns to unpack and share their experiences. This year, our Project Engineer interns shared their experience with the R&H team in a series of lunch time presentations. Miles, Jake, Erik and Bennett shared stories, lessons learned and skills developed in addition to highlighting technical expertise gained while they worked on their projects. As the summer comes to a close, we thank all of our interns and their mentorship teams for all their hard work this summer!

It won’t be long before Central Oregon’s first Permanent Supportive Housing project opens its doors to the community. R&H crews are nearing completion on the project, known as Cleveland Commons.
The building’s interior is quickly coming together with sheetrock and finish installation in full swing. With siding and paint complete, the exterior of the building is looking sharp. Crews are now shifting their focus to getting site work done while the weather is still cooperating. We look forward to seeing the impact this important development will make in our community!

Progress update! 🚨 R&H has been busy at work in Portland`s South Waterfront neighborhood, where crews are currently renovating residential units for Mirabella Portland, a senior living community. These are no ordinary upgrades - Mirabella Portland residents are hands-on in the process, selecting each detail from tile and paint colors to custom shower features, window nooks and more. R&H is self-performing the demolition work, closet expansions, built-in showers and will eventually install glass shower doors, appliances and complete the trim work. We can`t wait to share more of these unique unit upgrades as work progresses!

R&H is in the final stages of a multi-phased clinic renovation that will include upgraded exam rooms, a lab, offices, an employee lounge and a new reception and waiting area. The clinic has remained fully occupied, allowing patient care to continue while construction progresses. Stay tuned for a final look at the new clinic!

Held just across the street from our project site in Dayton’s town square, these events have been a great way for our team to answer questions about the project and connect with community members. R&H is proud to be a part of the effort to preserve Dayton’s history and contribute to the growth of this community. @downtowndaytonoregon

KGW`s School Supply Drive and Family Access Network in Central Oregon are working to close the gap in necessary supplies for students across the state. R&H believes in supporting causes that uplift our community and empowering our youth - which is why R&H is matching all employee donations. This weekend R&H team members and their families gathered at Alderbrook Park for our annual company picnic. We played a lively game of Bingo and enjoyed lunch before team members were free to exploring the park grounds with so much to offer - from pedal boats, lawn games, bounce houses and a slip n` slide. Domaine Drouhin Oregon`s Roserock North Production facility is well underway. While work on the exterior of the building continues, even more is happening inside. The lab and finished areas are progressing nicely while catwalks, tanks, and MEP systems are being furiously installed in the fermentation and barrel rooms. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach harvest!
