R&H is thrilled to be named as one of Oregon Business magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon for the ninth time. Each year R&H employees complete a survey that covers topics such as: benefits and compensation, work environment, decision making and trust, performance management, career development and learning and sustainable practices. Based on the feedback, R&H ranked as the 11th best employer in the large employer category. In addition, the magazine featured R&H in their 100 Best Companies best practices article.
