This project encompasses the historic renovation of two adjoining buildings on NW Davis between Broadway and 8th. The East building was once home to DeSoto car dealership, while the west building, most recently occupied by Daisy Kingdom, fronts the North Park Blocks. Renovations to the exterior of the building brought it back to historic status and included new storefront, entries, new roofing, and masonry restoration. R&H performed a seismic upgrade to the interior and added a new elevator and lobby. In addition, R&H crews performed a majority of the tenant improvements within the building including the notable Contemporary Crafts space and the headquarters office of LRS Architects.
