R&H performed a remodel of the former Bistro café into the Adriatic Kitchen restaurant on the Mary’s Woods senior living campus. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant features an open kitchen where guests can view their food being prepared at the chef’s counter. Additional features include an entry wall water feature, cubbies for to-go orders, a fresh salad bar, decorative accents like detailed wood-carved partitions, an outdoor eating area and and plenty of natural light. Built within the oldest building on campus, the 1910 Provincial House, our crew self-performed the demolition and rough framing while working closely with staff and residents to create a smooth transition to opening.
