Congratulations to Housing Works, @pinnacle.architecture and the entire Spencer Court project team who celebrated the successful opening of Phase 1 of the affordable housing development in Redmond. Residents have now moved into Buildings 1, 2, and 3, with Buildings 4 and 5 scheduled for turnover by the end of the year. With a total of 60 units, Spencer Court is part of an effort to expand affordable housing in the Central Oregon region. Cheers! 👏

Each of the Forestbrook homes are crafted with custom finishes that focus on highlighting the natural beauty of the Northwest. Several of the homes even feature built-in bunk beds handcrafted by R&H craftsworkers. Adjacent to the homes lies the Forest House, a state-of-the-art aquatics and community center, also constructed by R&H.

Our team was honored to join Caldera Springs residents, staff and building partners on Tuesday evening to offer a sneak peek at the new space, the centerpiece of Caldera Springs eastern expansion. Tomorrow, guests will enjoy the collection of swimming pools, a double-racer water slide, fitness center, duckpin bowling, café, a common area with fireplace and more! @asd.sky @sunriverresort @zehren.associates

Guests visiting the Caldera Springs will soon have a new space to enjoy! Our team is underway on a full renovation of Caldera’s Lake House, originally built by R&H in 2007. The Lake House, which is home to a restaurant and resort amenities, will be refreshed and expanded to create a more contemporary lodge dining experience. The project includes a kitchen expansion, new indoor/outdoor bars and private dining areas, and an expansion of the outdoor patio. Check out some progress photos on site below!

R&H Vice President Gary North was also recognized for the completion of his term as COBA President, officially handing off to incoming 2024 President Justin Perkey of Perkey Built Homes. Gary’s R&H career began as a project manager focused on remodels and tenant improvements throughout the Northwest. In 2015, Gary was promoted to Vice President, overseeing R&H`s Central Oregon operations. Since that time, our Bend-based team has grown and continues to make a positive impact in the high desert with a diverse mix of projects and a commitment to giving back to the community.
Beyond R&H, Gary serves as a board member for the Central Oregon Builders Association, Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Bend Economic Development Advisory Board. He also knows all the best spots to drop a fishing line or hit mountain biking trails in the region! Cheers to 20 years, Gary North.
