Washington County CATT Beaverton Recovery Center
BEAVERTON, OREGON
The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment projects, known as CATT, aims to increase addictions treatment in Oregon with two new treatment and recovery facilities.
The Beaverton Recovery Center houses residential treatment, withdrawal management and transition support. The project included a remodel of the 24,000 s.f. existing building and a ground-up 14,000 s.f. residential addition that connected to the existing facilities through a ground-level breezeway
The Hillsboro Recovery Center provides sobering services, peer and recovery supports, crisis services and health services through a variety of onsite organizations. The project scope included a full renovation of an existing 42,000 s.f. building.
Both projects had prevailing wage requirements and achieved over 30 percent COBID participation.
