Working with R&H was a dream. Especially on projects with older buildings like this one, where new problems popped up frequently. R&H always came to the table with solutions to the problems popping up, which made a massive difference in the project.

R&H renovated the 42 Greenwood building in Bend, modernizing the combined office space of tenants Re/Max Key Properties and Motto Mortgage. The 9,468 s.f. space was formerly home to Cascadia Vehicle Tents and will now nearly double Re/Max’s space providing state-of-the-art facilities for brokers and their clients.

Built with the future in mind, the office features a modular glass wall system that can be altered if reconfiguration of the office layout is needed. A full wall is dedicated for art exhibition and will be included in Bend’s First Friday events, allowing local artists to showcase their work. A fully-immersive presentation area includes a touch view interactive display while four additional conference rooms and private offices provide ample space for brokers. Additional amenities include two break rooms, kitchen space, open-concept commons area and ample parking.

The building’s exterior façade was renovated featuring Alaskan yellow cedar, stucco and a metal panel siding system. The rooftop features a TPO roofing system and all new energy efficient high output mechanical rooftop units.

R&H was great from start to finish. After working with other commercial buildings – R&H is so far ahead from bidding, scheduling, communication. Truly a pleasure to work with each and every person we came in contact with.
