Located on the bustling NW 23rd Avenue in Portland, R&H completed an 11,000 s.f. tenant improvement for Australian retailer King Living, known for their sleek, modern furniture designs. The showroom features a large open layout with elements such as large-scale LCD screens, a wood slat feature wall, curved tracks for showroom-style drapery and multi-tiered display areas.

The project included coordination with an international client team, alongside execution within constrained laydown space. R&H carefully navigated active pedestrian traffic, vehicle flow and nearby public transit to deliver a buildout that integrates seamlessly with the surrounding retail environment.
