Spencer Court

REDMOND, OREGON

In Redmond, R&H Construction completed Spencer Court, a 60-unit workforce housing community delivered through a strategic redevelopment of an aging complex. Designed to help address Central Oregon’s escalating housing costs and their impact on the local workforce, the project provides one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes across four three-story buildings to support a range of household sizes and multi-generational living. Constructed with a focus on long-term durability, energy efficiency, and livability, the community maximizes natural light and incorporates sustainable systems to enhance performance and resident comfort. Amenities including a community gathering space, playground, dog wash and exercise area, and ample bike storage foster connection and functionality.
