Guardian’s new headquarters on the corner of NW 23rd and Flanders combines modern and traditional design with thoughtful attention to detail. R&H completed a complex renovation of the building and delivered a 23,000 s.f. tenant improvement that transformed the second floor of the former Williams-Sonoma space into a warm contemporary workplace. The office features high-end finishes throughout including closed offices, open workstations, a large conference room with sliding doors for flexible use, smaller conference rooms, a lounge and flex space with cozy booths and a bar, a balcony, an employee kitchen and more. Rich wood tones and creative touches like a glass art wall of houses referencing the real estate industry complete the inviting functional environment.

While completing Guardian’s office, R&H completed a 10,000 s.f. showroom for King Living on the ground floor.
