This morning’s fog broke just in time for a wonderful groundbreaking ceremony at Courtyard at Mt. Tabor. We joined project partners, friends and the CYMT team in celebrating the commencement of a 16,000 s.f. addition to this SE Portland senior living community.

The project includes 29 memory care residential units, a dining area, courtyard, support facilities, and 17,000 s.f. of parking. The addition is being completed while the community remains fully occupied and operational.
