Our team recently completed a major concrete foundation pour for Guide Dogs for the Blind’s new campus hub and residence facility, marking an exciting step forward in construction. Despite challenging weather conditions, our team worked closely with all project partners to carefully coordinate the pour, ensuring the crews, equipment, and site conditions were fully prepared for a successful placement. As construction continues, we’re excited to see the structure begin to take shape and this new campus come to life.

The AC Hotel McMinnville is reaching new heights! 🎉
Last week, our team celebrated a major milestone with a Topping Out BBQ after completing the fifth and final floor of the new AC Hotel McMinnville. It was a great opportunity to bring together everyone working on the project, enjoy a well-earned meal, and celebrate the incredible progress we`ve made together.
With the structure now complete, we`re focused on enclosing the building so interior work can ramp up. Every milestone brings us one step closer to opening this exciting new addition to the Evergreen Campus. Thank you to everyone who has played a part in reaching this milestone. We`re excited to keep the momentum going and can`t wait to share what`s next!

Some deliveries are worth the wait! 👏🎉The Westman Hotel is a testament to thoughtful adaptive reuse, where historic character and modern hospitality exist side by side. The former early 1900s post office`s original architectural features, from the granite entry stairs and historic light poles to the terrazzo flooring, marble stairs and glass accents inside, were carefully restored and paired with elevated modern finishes. The result is a boutique hotel that honors the building`s legacy while offering guests a distinctly modern stay.

R&H is leading a seismic retrofit of The Tower at Terwilliger Plaza, a complex project taking place beneath 12 stories of occupied senior living apartments. With the structural work now complete, our team is moving into the next phase, advancing key infrastructure systems and interior framing layouts throughout the building.
Beyond the seismic improvements, the project includes a complete renovation of the main entrance, lobby, reception area, mail room, bathrooms and adjacent restaurant, helping modernize and enhance the community`s shared spaces while residents continue to call Terwilliger Plaza home. We look forward to seeing these improvements come to life!

The project also included a new interior connector that seamlessly integrates the lounge with the existing lobby and clubhouse. R&H`s talented craftworkers self-performed major scopes of work, including all finish carpentry, bringing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail to the finished space.

Today, the Merchant Block is home to the Inn at Dayton, along with ground-floor retail and restaurant spaces that are helping bring new energy to downtown Dayton.

Delivered in two phases, the CATT projects expanded access to critical behavioral health and recovery services across Washington County. The Hillsboro Recovery Center transformed an existing 42,000 s.f. building into a multi-service hub, bringing together six providers under one roof. The Beaverton Recovery Center included the renovation of a 24,000 s.f. facility and a new 14,000 s.f. residential addition, providing space for residential treatment, withdrawal management and transition support services.
Thank you to the dozens of trade, engineering and design partners whose dedication and collaboration helped bring these impactful projects to life!
