If you were at the @pickathon music festival last weekend, you walked through The Orchard Lounge at the festival entrance! R&H and @walkermacyla helped bring this tavern-inspired outdoor seating area and 25-year concert memorabilia gallery to life. The Orchard Lounge featured an impressive collection of gallery walls, tables and benches, all crafted by R&H volunteers using over 4,000 hand-cut wood pieces. In alignment with Pickathon’s zero-waste mission, every piece is modular and built to be reused. Thank you to all the volunteers who worked diligently over multiple days to cut and assemble these pieces in R&H’s tool shop and on concert grounds in Happy Valley!

Held in McMinnville each year, the event celebrates diverse grape varieties and showcases small-production winemakers in a relaxed, approachable setting. SEA led the design vision, while R&H fabricated and assembled elements, including a DJ booth, oblong tables, arched entryways and bottle display shelving, in our in-house tool shop. We’re always excited to support Oregon’s wine industry through hands-on, collaborative projects like this one!

Community members and individuals seeking mental health support can now connect with professionals in a refreshed, calming environment at @namioregon‘s redesigned headquarters. @zgfarchitects combined soothing colors and curved walls to create a welcoming, low-stimulation space. R&H’s 5,000 s.f. buildout included the addition of new private offices, expanded meeting rooms and upgrades to the lobby and reception area. At the heart of the space, the new Resource Café offers a relaxed setting for conversation and serves as a thoughtful transition zone for those seeking care.

Cheers to new beginnings in Oregon wine country! This week we’re celebrating the grand opening of The Inn at Dayton, bringing historic charm and boutique hospitality to the heart of downtown Dayton. At the grand opening celebration community members, project partners and guests toured the hotel before listening to speeches and joining in a ribbon cutting ceremony. We’re proud to help revitalize this historic corner of Downtown Dayton, and can’t wait to watch this hotel thrive.🥂
