R&H performed a renovation of this five-story building’s common spaces including the lobby, restrooms, gym and bike room, as well as a basement-level kitchenette, seating area and conference room. Features include whiteboards mounted on a rolling track, a unique tile wall and finished concrete floors.

The project also included a repainting the building’s exterior to include pops of yellow to help bring new life to the office building. Special attention was paid as to not disturb tenants in the fully-leased building, which remained occupied and operational throughout construction.
