69 Newport

BEND, OREGON

Located along the Deschutes River, this ground-up mixed-use development brings office, retail and restaurant space to downtown Bend. Two buildings, totaling 11,800 s.f., each bring their own unique flavor to the development. The 5,400 s.f. East building, which faces Brooks Street, has a traditional brick exterior designed to blend in with its more urban surroundings. The 6,400 s.f. West building, which overlooks a more natural landscape of trees and Mirror Pond, is clad in stone and recycled barn wood.

R&H has completed two tenant improvements within the completed development. Sen Thai Noddles and Hot Pot, a sister restaurant to the popular Wild Rose Thai restaurant, was completed in a 3,300 s.f. space on the ground floor of the West building. Foundation for Affordable Housing’s 2,900 s.f. office space was completed on the second floor of the West building.
