R&H performed a renovation and seismic upgrade of the 6Y Building, an 11-story office building located across from Pioneer Courthouse Square in Downtown Portland. The project included demolition, abatement, and the installation of new walls, glazing & finishes as well as the modernizing of each floor’s common area kitchens and restrooms.
R&H also performed tenant improvements for new occupants on floors 5-11. All work was completed while floors 1-4 remained fully occupied and operational.
