R&H is underway on construction of this five-story, 118-guestroom hotel featuring a mixed-use ground floor with a bar, café, lounge, fitness room, library and market, along with pool and veranda seating, meeting rooms, guestrooms and back-of-house spaces. Levels two through four are dedicated guestroom floors, while level five includes a rooftop bar, restaurant, wine room and outdoor terrace inspired by the Willamette Valley landscape.

The project is located on the busy Evergreen Campus adjacent to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and Wings and Waves Waterpark, requiring detailed logistics planning, pedestrian coordination and a strong commitment to safety to minimize impacts to visitors. Scope includes coordination of shared parking with more than 200 existing stalls and upgrades to 14 spaces for ADA access and electric vehicle charging.
