R&H performed a core and shell renovation of the Ambercreek commercial office development. In total, R&H touched over 60,000 s.f. of the development including building new front and rear entry and awnings, installing a new mechanical system, executing electrical service upgrades, crafting a new interior stairwell and atrium, upgrading elevator finishes and installing a new roof. Crews completed the project with new exterior hardscaping and landscaping and a new outdoor deck facing the development’s incredible wetland view.
