Named after longtime Housing Works director, Cyndy Cook, this four-story ground-up community features 48 units of affordable senior housing. The ground floor of the building houses offices, a community center, an assembly room, and a 9,900 s.f. medical clinic for Mosaic Medical.
Residents enjoy controlled entry access, elevator access to all residential floors, private balconies with outstanding views of Central Oregon, community and fitness rooms, and desirable interior finishes. At 66′ tall, Cook Crossing is the tallest building in Redmond.
