R&H completed a 16,000 s.f. addition to this senior living community in SE Portland. The project is located on a tight jobsite working around a fully operating facility. This new addition houses 17 private units and 6 double units for a total of 29 beds. A dining area, courtyard, support facilities, and 17,000 s.f. of parking are also included in the scope.

Previously, R&H has performed remodels within existing, occupied buildings on the Courtyard at Mt. Tabor campus.
