Located in the Pearl District, R&H completed the construction of Dr. Marten’s North American headquarters in 2005. The project entailed a historic building renovation, a 23,000 s.f. office headquarters buildout and the completion of a ground-level retail store.

In 2023, R&H returned to the office for a five-floor office modernization and remodel, totaling 18,000 s.f. of new paint, lighting, carpet, upgraded offices, conference rooms and an outdoor patio. Stylish and functional features include sliding acoustical dividing panels, a phone booth, incredible graphics and a custom front desk designed to match Dr. Martens famous Oxblood boot.
