R&H constructed Edgewater at the Cove, a 12 building multifamily housing development in Oregon City. The development is part of a larger, multi-phased mixed-use project on a challenging site within the City’s Urban Renewal District. Edgewater at the Cove features 244 garden-style apartments, office space, and a recreational building with an outdoor pool. There is also commercial space on Main Street within the development.
