First Federal Savings & Loan

MCMINNVILLE, OREGON

Exposed beams, detailed exterior finishes and natural light are a few elements featured at the First Federal Savings & Loan headquarters building. This ground-up design-build office features brick masonry, storefront glazing and a unique Neolith exterior stone panel cladding system., while offering 30,000 s.f. of office space including conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms and space for future growth, in addition to typical banking facilities such as an ATM and drive-through banking window.

FFSL’s new headquarters was constructed on a site shared by their existing facilities. The project was completed in phases to allow First Federal to remain in the main building during the first phase of construction. Due to project location, the project required coordination with both the City of McMinnville and Oregon Department of Transportation.

The new structure includes 30,000 s.f. of office space with conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms and space for future growth, all in addition to the downstairs teller stations and typical banking facilities. FFSL’s new headquarters uses biophilic design and extensive glazing to allow ample natural light inside.
