R&H completed an extensive renovation of this two-building office development, perfectly nestled under the iconic Fremont Bridge. The renovation included removal and installation of approximately 5,500 s.f. of curtain wall systems spread across four entrances, as well as structural steel modifications, interior and exterior finishes, and a full repaint of interior corridors and the exterior of both buildings.

The Fremont Place project included various site improvements, most notably, the construction of a 120’ steel and Alaskan Yellow Cedar pavilion that resides between the two buildings, parallel to the Willamette River. The visually striking pavilion, which was constructred by R&H’s own craftsworkers, is accompanied by Ipe wood benching and LED lighting throughout.
