The Hasson Company

Bend, Oregon

R&H performed this 3,000 s.f. tenant improvement project located on the first floor of the 50,000 s.f. Crane Shed Commons Building in Bend, Oregon. The new home for The Hasson Company’s Central Oregon division provides a clean and modern environment incorporating many elements of the region including natural wood, glass, and steel. Additional features include floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, open-concept meeting areas, and herringbone glulam beams and columns.

During the buildout of the new space, local vendors and materials were used in an effort to support Central Oregon businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. All desk and tabletops were handcrafted utilizing reclaimed wood by Pacific Northwest-based, Viridian Wood, who commits to planting a tree for every tabletop made. The finished space includes nine offices, two conference rooms, reception area, breakroom, and an outdoor patio.

There were some custom details that we depended on R&H to help develop and the team completely met our needs. We felt supported trying to make design and construction decisions based around cost estimates.
