R&H transformed an existing incomplete dwelling into a high-end custom home boasting incredible views of Mt. Hood. Located in Lake Oswego, the project was a framed and roofed structure when R&H assumed the project. R&H completed construction of the home, which included a major renovation of the structure. The resulting 10,000 s.f. residence has five bedrooms, six unique bathrooms, a high-end kitchen, tile and engineered Oak floors over radiant heating and three custom fireplaces.
