R&H constructed this 3-story, 28,000 s.f. co-working space within 6Y, an 11-story building that R&H also renovated. The Industrious office features several types of working spaces, ranging in style to accommodate groups of all sizes as well as a community kitchen and wellness room.

Overlooking Pioneer Square in Downtown Portland, the office features large, glass storefront-style suite dividers, black anodized metal details and white marble accents. All work was completed while the other floors of the building remained fully occupied and operational.
