R&H has completed a series of projects for Portland-based creative agency Instrument, located within One North: Karuna East & West buildings that R&H also constructed. Work has included complete tenant improvements to accommodate Instrument’s rapid expansion as well as remodels of existing office space, common areas and amenities spaces.

Most recently, R&H helped expand Instrument into new spaces in One North’s Karuna West & Radiator buildings. During construction, our team utilized BIM modelling and clash detection to coordinate the overhead MEP systems to ensure clean lines. The finished space features open work spaces, two conference rooms, a focus room along and an employee breakroom.
