R&H has performed several projects for Les Schwab throughout our multi-year partnership, including ground up service centers, tenant improvements and small remodels.

In Madras, R&H turned a Safeway Grocery Store into a Les Schwab Tire Center, complete with five inside alignment racks, six inside service bays, tire storage, retail space and a truck canopy.

Most recently, R&H constructed a ground-up 13,931 s.f. tire center. Facilities include six service bays, 3,354 s.f. showroom with office, training room, break room, and restrooms.
