R&H constructed this 18,300 s.f. chilled warehouse for Maletis Beverage, one of Oregon’s largest beverage distributors, located on Swan Island. The chilled warehouse is approximately 40’ high with the capacity to store 3,000 kegs. R&H simultaneously performed a full renovation of Maletis Beverage’s industrial-chic office space featuring custom steel and woodwork in their taprooms, meeting spaces, lounges, and brewhouse, all to reflect a unique personality of a social based industry.
